This traditional New Mexican cabinet had an original whitewashed finish that needed some repair. The owner of this piece requested a change of color. All work on this project was completed by hand resulting in a soft patina and warm new color and finish.
This dining table had extensive damage to the finish and the surface. Repairs were made and the table was finished slightly darker than original at the customer’s request.
This entry door had a very damaged original gelstain finish. The bottom half of this west-facing door and its sidelights was very faded and the clear topcoat had failed and become cracked and chalky. Repair was completed and new gelstain and topcoats were applied to all pieces. The entry looks like new again!
The original stain and topcoat on this south-facing wood entry door with a very striking surround was in very sad shape. Repairs were made and a new topcoat was applied to the door and surround to bring it back to it’s original glory.
This unique pine bench had been outdoors for years and suffered damage from sun and rain. It was sensitively repaired to preserve some of the distinguishing wear marks obtained over the years. It was stained and top coated to bring out the beauty of the piece.
South-facing carved wood entry door with cracked and faded stain finish. The entire door was refinished to make the color even again and darken it. New topcoat was also applied.
During a large renovation project of this historic adobe building, several original doors were brought back to life with repairs, new stained finish and top coat to help protect them from sun and water damage.
