The frame and door slab of this side garage door was very badly deteriorated. The new slab, frame, and interior trim were pre-painted and replaced. The exterior wood brick mould trim was replaced with aluminum trim for durability and less maintenance down the road.
This door was dated and the finish was very worn. A new door slab with a different style was chosen, custom stained, and installed in the existing frame.
The homeowner wanted a more contemporary styled front door with a stained finish that matched other woodwork in the house. This beautiful fir door was stained to match and installed in the existing opening.
The old hollow-core doors were aged and a slightly lighter stained finish was desired. The homeowner also wanted a different hardware color with handles instead of knobs for easier operation. A new solid core door with custom stain was installed with new hinges and handle in the existing panty opening.
The original steel casement windows in this corner over a kitchen sink were removed and replaced with energy efficient wood/aluminum clad windows. Situation-specific aluminum trim was installed on the exterior to complete this beautiful replacement project.
